How to manage quick work in the kitchen. Some of my tips for weekdays:


vegetables that I prefer : mushrooms, celery, zucchini, beetroot, spinach. These are very healthy and nutritious as well. I tried to avoid all vegetables which take long to clean and cut in weekdays if possible!


For chick peas boiled it before and keep it to different zipped lock bag in the refrigerator. Then use it whenever you want!!
