My healthy dinner with dessert 🍨
Recipe: Gippsland blueberry yogurt which added with apple juice.
I mixed soy milk and topped with Papaya 💛💛💛💛
Eat healthy
In Ramadan try to eat yogurt 🍦 or milk.
If you eat yogurt then you will not feel thirsty at day time. Better to eat at Suhr or sehri.
Milk is a nutritious food all we know about that it has abundant benefits!
