Extremely healthy and delicious dish. My new recipe.
Recipe:
I added here few ingredients. Black pepper, a bit salt, onion 3 tsp, garlic 1 clove for flavor and cooked with oil. The tuna was with olive oil as well. 1 birds eye chili 🌶 added during fry.
Cooking time 6 mins .
You must use high heat.
Eat with pasta 🍝, sandwich 🥪 it just as a salad.
With hot rice it also taste awesome.
