A wonderful evening with sister Nasreen. We just had so many Tamil dishes. She showed me how to 👩🍳 cook dosa, coconut chutney, tea, dal with drumsticks. I love to learn different cuisines food.
Thanks for having me sister. For me it’s like little Tamil in your kitchen! Foods are so delicious, fresh and flavorful. As we all know that Tamil food is very healthy. Their culture is one of the most rich culture in Indian heritage. Their language is also thousand years old!
As you may know that Dosa, Vada, pongal, Biriyani, chutney, Puri these are all very popular dish across the world.
In Tamil dish they use coconut and milk a lot which is also very healthy. For dosa you have to eat this instantly. A lot of tips I have learnt from sister.

Every magic is dropping in her food. That kitchen is filled with aromatic smell of spices, tarka, mustard seeds, curry leaves and ☕️ tea. An evening without a tea is impossible where two souls meet and both of them are tea lovers.
We chit chat about Tamil foods, culture and education system. We prayed together. It was an incredible experience for me. Jibran baby was also with us!
