Chickpeas with celery

Recipe :

Ingredients:

boiled chickpeas 1 cup,

Celery sticks 3 cups: cut into small pieces.


Spices: onion 2/4 cup,

garlic 3 cloves,

pepper 4 whole crushed,

salt as per taste,

garam masala powder 1 pinch, turmeric 1 pinch,

fresh chili 🌶 2 cut into small,

red cashmere chili powder 1 tea spoon,

coriander powder 1 tea spoon, cumin powder 1tea spoon.

Olive oil 2 tbsp


Cooking method:

In a pan heat 2 table spoon 🥄 of olive oil. Then add onion, garlic and chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes in high heat then add celery along with all spices, add salt. Cook for 5 minutes then add a little bit of water. Now it’s time to add chick peas and cook all for 5 minutes. Then turn off your knob. Done 😀
