Tonight I cooked all of these items within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Busy ppl who loves to cook like me can try these one. Actually I literally pan fried or roasted all of those. And these vegetables didn’t take long to cook 👩‍🍳

I believe in easy cooking. It will save two things one is time another one is our life. We must not over cooked our food for healthy reason.


Mom always cook vegetables with half done method and use lesser spices which is good and healthy as well.


Another thing is mom never use too much oil in gravy or meaty items, which is good. In Bengali or Indian dish most of the people use lots of oil, which is like a poison ☠️ to our body. We must not eat poison and toxic things in order to live a healthy life.


Spiral pasta:

My fav spiral pasta with all roasted vegetables

#Pasta with cabbage 🥬, mushroom 🍄 and French bean.

Finally add egg 🥰❤️💚🥬
