Tyson chick peas with coconut 🥥 & French beans 💚💚. It sounds must be very delicious and healthy, which is really healthy and source of good protein as well. Purely vegetarian dish. So people whose are vegan friendly will love this dish. I used here coconut 🌴 oil and lots of herbs.
Lets check the ingredients:
Tyson Peas 1 cup boiled
French Beans 1 cup fresh
Shredded coconut 1/2 cup
Onion 1 small chopped
Green chili 1 or 2 chopped
Dried chili 1
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
salt as per taste
1 tomato chopped
cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
Black Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Recipe:
In a pan heat the oil, then tempering the red chili, cumin and mustard seeds. Add onion and cook it until sauteed, then add ginger garlic paste, salt and cook it for a minutes to get rid of from raw smell. After then add french beans and cook for 2 minutes. Now it's time to add peas and coriander powder. Cook all well for 4 minutes in a medium heat. Add shredded coconut and lime juice. Finally add coriander leaves.
Ready you super healthy food.
You can eat this in the afternoon or dinner, a perfect for whole day which will make you full. Good for diet as well.
