Drink plenty of water 💦

We need to drink 8 cups of water everyday. So minimum 8 to 9 cups suggested by the doctors. Specially I got low pressure so I need to drink more if I need to test my blood 😅😅 

So we need to remember that minimum 8 glasses of water is essential for human ! 

It is 💯 guaranteed that if you drink enough you will be healthy. Your skin will be clear and more and more disease can be cure by that. 

Detox your body 

Use detox water 💦  for whole day. 

I drink a lot of water . Now if I go outside for whole day then I use green tea bag or lemon ginger tea bag in my water bottle and I always use a bit warm water. Because a bit warm water is good for our human body and it helps to reduce our fat as well. Sometimes I use lemon slices 🍋 as well. 

If you don’t like tea bag then try  lemon ginger tea bag, I am using it now. One of the best flavor! When I am at work or training for whole day then I drink that one , I feel so good and the smell is so refreshing! After every time open my bottle I feel refreshed ... aha 🥰🥰💚💚
