Ifter Our vegetarian 🌱 ifter Healthy version of food Breaking fast with healthy food because after whole day fasting makes body dehydrated. So for nourishing and hrmydrating our body need to take plenty of water, juice, citrus foods like 🍋 lemons, mandarin or Malta, watermelon 🍉 or pears, cucumber 🥒 as well is good. Today I cooked all vegetarian dishes. I love fresh vegetables and cook this according to my wish. I love to cut it what ever shape I want , this kind of fine and also creative part as well. Menus for ifter: Mixed vegetables soup: broccoli 🥦, carrots 🥕, chili 🌶, cabbage 🥬, French bean , lemongrass sticks, and juicy lemon 🍋, prawn 🍤 , cauliflower, red capsicum. Mixed noodles: I used here Ramen 🍜 udong one, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, chili 🌶, French bean and prawn. I am sharing and mentioning these all so that other ppl can inspire to eat more and more vegetarian 🌱🌿🍃 dish and they love more vegetables instead of red meat.
