Okra in yogurt or derosh baji with yogurt

Healthy, delicious and tasty vegetarian dish. 

Recipe:

For this dish we need few ingredients. 

Ingredients: 

Okra 500 gram

Oil 3 tbsp 

Chili powder 1tsp 

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Salt as per taste 

1 tomato 🍅 

Curry powder 1/4 tsp 

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 

Yogurt 1/2 cup 

Cooking method:

In a pan heat oil. Then fry onion until it’s become a bit red. Add green chili, ginger garlic paste and cook for 3 mins. Now add all spices and cook for 2 minutes with a bit of water. Now add okra and yogurt , cook for 4 minutes in high heat. Now make the flame in medium and add 1/2cup water And cook for 5 minutes with a lid. After then add tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Done okra in yogurt. 

Thai one is so delicious and mouthwatering. You can eat this with steam rice or roti.
