Butter chicken ❤️❤️🥰

Butter chicken is one of the most delicious, easiest and popular curry in the world. It is most loved dish in abroad. If you are curry fan then you must try this exotic and flavorful Indian dish. It’s one of the easiest chef recipe. 

The chicken is incredibly delicious, tender and the aroma is injected with so many spices!! It’s creamy texture has made this dish very unique and this is combined with yogurt and final touch must not be concluded without whipped of cream that indulge your taste bud. 

That’s incredible dish is originated from North India. As we know that North Indian food is flavorful and coated with beautiful color and spices. North Indian cuisine has reached to many different places in this world and lots of dishes are became number one choice by the people which is really a wonder and it worked like a magic! Butter chicken name is Murgh Makhni in Indian name. People who love flavored foods they must try this Indian dish! 

As we all know India has so many diversities, it has various different cultures, languages,races, religions and so many things! My fav part is as an Indian background I just love to cook Indian food specially at Friday night or at weekend. Now the extra thing added is just love to watch Netflix at Friday night! 

The most interesting part is this curry is very easy to cook and it’s take a very little time. All of these ingredients are very handy and you can get all ingredients in any supermarket. In a big store you will find some area where they sell all Asian spices! 

This cooking has three steps: 

First is infused chicken with all spices, 

Second, cook all chicken pieces, 

Third, need to make sauce in a skillet! 

Let’s check all ingredients: 

Chicken thigh fillet cut into cubes (500 GM) 

Salt as per taste

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 

Cumin powder 1 tsp 

Coriander powder 1 tsp 

Chili powder 1/2 tsp 

Turmeric 1/4 tsp 

Tomato 🍅 purée 

Butter 1 tsp 

Olive oil 2 tbsp 

Yogurt 250 gram 

Cream 300 ml 

Butter chicken spices packet masala  1 tsp (optional) 

Cooking method: 

In a pot marinate chicken thigh fillets with turmeric, chili, salt and keep it for at least 1 hours. 

Then in a pan fry all chicken pieces for 4 minutes and keep aside. Now add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste, fry for 1 minute. After then add all spices and cook for 3 minutes. Add chicken pieces along with yogurt and shimmer it for 10 minutes. In this process need not to add any extra water. Finally add cream and cook it for 3 minutes. 

Voila ! Ready our yummy butter chicken curry! All of my friends just love this butter chicken and they are from different originalities and most of them are born & brought up in abroad. It’s a must try dish! 

The beautiful butter chicken pieces is cooked with cream and it’s taste is so delicious that while you will eat it will melt in your mouth. It’s creamy texture basically come from adding cream. Some people add butter at the end, but trust me for butter chicken it’s not necessary to cook in a butter at all. I love my version of butter chicken where I did not use any butter. So you can cook delicious healthy butter chicken at home which is oily like restaurants! 

Smart tips: 

Chicken pieces can be bake in oven for 8 minutes. So that you don’t need to fry those in stove! 

It can be served with roti, chapati, Naan or with pilau or fragrant steam rice.
