Black fish curry ❤️🥰❤️🌶

Black fish is a fine taste and it can be easy to make delicious stir fry, deep fried or just steam. I cooked here in Bengali and Indian style. It's twist of both cuisine.

Lets check out the ingredients:

One fish medium size (cutlet pieces)

Half green capsicum

One onion chopped

1 Tomato

Green chili 2

Cumin 1 and 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp

Mustard yellow and blsck 1/2 tsp

Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

salt as per taste

Red chili 1 tbsp

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Olive oil 3 tbsp

Cooking method:

Step 1:

Wash and drained water of fish. Then marinate with chili 1 1 tsp, salt, turmeric 1/4 tsp, coriander powder 1/2 tsp, Cumin powder 1 tsp. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2:

In a pan heat oil. Then fry onion until it's a bit brown colour. Then add ginger garlic paste along with rest of the spices. Add black and yelow mustard seeds 1/4 tsp, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and Nigella seeds 1/4 tsp. Fry for 2 minutes and add a bit water so that it will not burn. Need to cook the spices for 3 minutes now add fish pieces and cook in high flame for 3 minutes and in between turn the fish pieces. Then simmer fish in a medium flame for 8 to 9 minutes. Add capsicum which cut into strips and cook for 2 minutes with a lid. Finally add tomato pieces and stand for 1 minute.

Voila! Done this yummy Black fish curry which we called fish bhuna.

This one is extremely tasty, healthy and good for lunch or dinner. It can be eat with roti, paratha, Naan, Chapati or just with fragrant steam rice.
