Spaghetti with tofu, broccoli 🥦 & shiitake mushroom

This stir fry spaghetti is very tasty and healthy. 

Ingredients: 

Tofu 6 cube medium size 

Shiitake mushroom 400 gram 

Broccoli 300 gram 

Spinach 500 gram chopped 

Olive oil 5 tbsp 

Spaghetti 250 gram

Green chili 🌶 2 chopped 

Pepper 1 tbsp 

Salt as per taste 

1 tomato 🍅 

Soya sauce darknone 1tbsp 

Light soya sauce 1 tsp 

Jalapeno sauce 1 tsp 

Onion 1 chopped 

Garlic 3 cloves chopped 

Ginger 1 tsp chopped 

Cooking method: 

In a fry pan fry onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli. Then add all vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes. Wait until the fragrance come. Then add spaghetti or noodles and stir fry for 3 minutes. 

Boil the spaghetti before start your stir  fry. 

Ready yummy, healthy and vegan friendly stir fry spaghetti 🍝
