Spaghetti with tofu, broccoli š„¦ & shiitake mushroom

This stir fry spaghetti is very tasty and healthy.Ā
Ingredients:Ā
Tofu 6 cube medium sizeĀ
Shiitake mushroom 400 gramĀ
Broccoli 300 gramĀ
Spinach 500 gram choppedĀ
Olive oil 5 tbspĀ
Spaghetti 250 gram
Green chili š¶ 2 choppedĀ
Pepper 1 tbspĀ
Salt as per tasteĀ
1 tomato š Ā
Soya sauce darknone 1tbspĀ
Light soya sauce 1 tspĀ
Jalapeno sauce 1 tspĀ
Onion 1 choppedĀ
Garlic 3 cloves choppedĀ
Ginger 1 tsp choppedĀ
Cooking method:Ā
In a fry pan fry onion, garlic, ginger and green chilli. Then add all vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes. Wait until the fragrance come. Then add spaghetti or noodles and stir fry for 3 minutes.Ā
Boil the spaghetti before start your stirĀ Ā fry.Ā
