As we all know it is always similar that we need to do something in the new year, but every year we made a lot of resolutions but we forgot to fulfill those. In this year we can make some important lists which will help us to fulfill our bucket lists! I have so many resolutions in this year. But I know we all need to be focus and determined to accomplish our resolutions.
Firstly, we need to maintain a strict time schedule, I mean routine is very important. Specially the same time maintaining for go to sleep and wake up from bed.The new year resolution:
As we all know when we fulfill our dreams it helps us to be a better version of ourselves. When we can fulfill it, it cheer up us, a smile plastered on our face, this one is so pure and authentic , so nothing and no one affect it, we will feel lots of warmth in us and feeling love in our life. As we know no material has changed , the same issues, the same life exists but.....we have changed.
For this we just need to taking the steps, following our made rules and getting this love and encouragement from this lovely people. When I can fulfill my tasks that time I feel like I am in love with not with anyone but with life. Sometimes I feel that kind work is really a great inspiration for my small life.
I feel that for the first time I have done something good in my life and this phenomenal feeling is amazing. If you make an agenda and you try to complete these one after another then you will feel like life has become to good, you will feel the taste of life, that life is worth of living. You will thank to yourself after some days.
Early bird not night owlMix with good peopleFollowing great leadersBe healthy. Try to be an early bird not an owl.
As we all know there are some people whose are staying up late and go to bed late, then in the next morning can't wake up early, so they wake up late and regret! But my suggestion is make a strict time set in your mind about your daily routine, so that according to the routine you can wake up and go to bed early.
This way you can maintain a good practice and get a sound health. As we all knowNever talk about 2018Set a plan for your work. Don't lie. Don't backbites. Be social. Work for community. You know you will not live in this earth forever so after your departed soul only your good deeds or karma will remain. So try to be a good soul.
Focus on your memory. Try to increase your memory. Eat healthy food to nurture your brain. For example you can eat salmon, avocado, walnuts, broccoli, green vegetables to increase your memory. Eat healthy food.It will help you to be healthy.
You can avoid cancer, obesity, heart disease, fatigue.Get over from 31 st and make a new rules Try to help vulnerable people. Don't think about only you.Do exercise or heavy lifting approximately 20 kilos every day. The more you active the more you will be healthy.
You can attend to race or play with community people.You know the more you move you brain works far better. For that you need a strict mind set.And practice, practice and practice! Because legends says practice makes progress.I captured these photos from Darling harbor fireworks 💥.
Get over from last night party and be energetic to do a new work with full of dreams and positive mind sets.Try to live in you ur zone. You will be happy and you have no regret for not doing anything. Don't focus on other people, if some people go very fast, will not serve you. You have to see or focus on your step.Try to do yoga or meditation every morning.
It will help to focus on work. Some ppl recommend it as a life changer for them. It will wipe out all odds thinking and you can rebuild everything in a new way. It will help you to be present in the moment you are living. You can feel your emotion, anger, fatigue and by knowing this you can refigure your destination plan.
As we all know life is changing everyday for better. You can also go to gym or go out with like minded friends. Share your ideas, thoughts and plans with others! They will also help you by sharing their experience. Some people take challenge to loose their weight 10 kilo for this year.
It can be a good idea. You will feel motivated, you can boost up physically and mentally. Initially it can be quite challenging but day after day practice and get support from friends will help you to reach your goal. It simply amazing.Be a giver not taker. Try to give people, help poor people.
Because it's a great thing for self satisfaction. To bring smile of others face it's great feeling for a good soul. But for that you have to sacrifice a lot, at the same time you also need dedication.
Try for self improvement, Quit your bad companion, Do yoga or meditation.Focus ! Focus and FocusNot regret for past. Let it go! Never think about past, it will make you only sad, it will left nothing but a scar or sadness on your mind.We need to quit our bad habits. As we know we have so many bad habits in our life.
That are the main obstacles for our life. Like stretching gossip, handout a lot, hangout in the weekend, no mind set for self developing, just use the phone for hours and hours, gossip a lot. Visible in the social media for 24 hours that's all are main barriers for our life. So we need to get rid of those bad habit first.Learn From mistakes. Don't stretch you gossip. It kills our valuable time and productivity. Be a best version yourself! No one can go back in time to change what has happened ! So work on your present to make a wonderful future for you! Your life so it’s your responsibility!
