Noodle chowmein with vegetables

Vegetables chowmein is a very popular food, today I cooked this dish with vegetables. It is healthy and good for vegan or vegetarian people. 

Good for summer food.  Let’s check out ingredients. 

I have used here 

Carrots 2  chopped 

Snow peas 1 and 1/ 2 cup 

Salt 

Soya sauce 2 tbsp 

Spaghetti 200 gram 

2 eggs 

2 tomatoes jalapeño sauce 

Sugar 1/2 tsp 

Capsicum 2 1/2 cups cut into thin slices 

Onion 1 cut into chopped 

Garlic 2/3 cloves 

Pepper 1 tbsp 

Olive oil 

In a pot boil spaghetti and keep aside. Then in a fry pan heat oil and fry vegetables with salt and pepper. Then add sauce and shimmer after then add jalapeño sauce and fry for a minute and add water to shimmer the sauce. Now add all spaghetti and mix well altogether and stir fry hot 4 minutes . In this period mix 

all of your vegetables and spaghetti altogether. Finally add sugar. I add here sugar to cut the hot flavor of jalapeño. It is totally optional. 

Jalapeño is a hot fiery chili. 

Spaghetti is a kind of long noodle or pasta. You can use noodles also. If you are non vegetarian then you can add chicken or beef slices. 

Now add tomatoes on the tops. 

Ready this yumlicious chowmein with in 15 minutes. 

Serve for 4/5 people 

It’s a perfect yummy dish from my kitchen. People of all ages and also kids of 5 years old also like this chowmein recipe.
