Chicken stir fry with vegetables 💚❤️🥰

This recipe is very simple and tasty. It is one of healthiest and yummy dish that you can eat with pitha, pide, roti, paratha or with steam rice/ khichuri or polau/Polav, swarma.

Let’s check ingredients:

Chicken 400 gram

Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp

Jalapeno sauce 1/2 tsp

Salt a little bit

Capsicum

Carrots 🥕 2 cut into strips

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Snow peas 2 cups

Pepper 1/4 tsp

In a pan heat oil and then add strip cut chicken, fry for 2 minutes. Then add ginger, garlic, dark soya sauce, pepper, salt, capsicum, snow peas and carrots. Stir fry all for 8 minutes. You don't need to cover this food while cooking.

Ready this yummy food within 8 to 10 minutes.

Tips: For stir fry always use very high heat that will make the crunchiness and coated with brown color to meat/ fish or vegetables. This is the rules to use high flame during stir fry.

For vegetarian or vegan people can use this same recipe except adding fish or chicken.

For non vegetarian people you can add here lamb, beef or fish instead of chicken.
