Lau/ Bottleguard curry

Lau or bottle gouard curry is one of most popular dish in Bengali cuisine. People from all background love this curry. 

Today I cooked this curry in masala style because I used here big tiger prawn 🍤. So used all kind of spices make this exotic dish very delicious. When you use big prawns 🦐 then it better to use a bit more spices.
