We live in abroad, so always miss our traditional food. But I am very much attached to my root and also my traditional food. Miss my mom’s curry a lot. So my journey started when I tried to learn bengali dish like my mom in 2010. That time I shifted to abroad for my Bar at Law and I was here alone. Life here was very challenging . Language, culture, people everything is different compare to my country. So I step into nine years of cooking and also explore to different cultural cuisine’s food. My focus is on healthy food. I want that people from all over the world eat healthy food so they can fit and they will not lost their lives in early age. To take a healthy diet should be in your New year agenda. Happy cooking. Sunday vibe ❤️💚❤️ Stay blessed! I cooked koi mach or climbing perch fish curry. One of the delicious food in Bengali cuisine, inspired by mom’s recipe. Mom used to cook this at our dinner or lunch. It’s authentic Bengali sauce is irresistible and you need to cooked it in medium to low flame. You know just try this one, then you can feel the heavenly taste. I love to eat this with white steam rice and with one small bowl of lentil soup, along side with one fresh green chili.

Climbing perch or koi mach bhuna or dupeyaja.
