Chicken Biriyani ❤️🥰❤️🥰

Today I came with Chicken recipe. This yummy recipe is given by my sweet sister. 

Rice 500gram 

Meat 1 kilo 

Salt 

Chili Green 5/6 

Curd 1/2 cup 

 Garam masala: 

Cardamom 5, 

Cinnamon 2 

Bay leaves 2/3 

Pepper 5/6 

Mace 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tbsp 

Coriander powder 2tsp

Cumin 1tsp

Ginger paste 1 tbsp

Garlic 2tsp 

Green chilli 6 

Fry it a little bit and then make a powder except cinnamon. 

Onion paste 1/2 cup 

Onion fried or beresta 1/2 cup 

Cooking method: 

Marinate chicken pieces with all spices and yogurt, keep it for 1 hours. 

Then in a pan fry onion with garam masala. Add meat and cook approx 20 minutes. Then keep aside. 

Rice: 

Then in a cooker take oil and fry onion and garam masala. Then add rice, salt and fry for 6 minutes. Now add water and cook the rice. The ration of cooking rice of water is 1 cup = 1 1/2 cups. 

Now make the layer for yummy biriyani. So take some rice and set cooked meat and on the top cover with rice. And again put meat on the top of the rice. Garnish with green chili and cover for 10 minutes and keep it to low flame. 

Finally chicken biriyani done.
