This yum yum sardine fish vorta or smash is delicious food. It is authentic Bengali dish. At UK one of my friend told that sardine vorta is their staple food. Specially when people feel very cold people from Bengal love to eat spicy vorta. 

In my country fish vorta is made by Tilapia, taki, soul fish. Today I have prepared this delicious dish by Sardine fish.

Let’s check out the ingredients. 

Sardine fish 10 

Olive oil

Salt 

Coriander leaves 

Red chili 🌶🌶🌶

Onion 1 

Garlic 

Cooking method:

In a pan heat oil, then fry chili and set a side. After then add onion, garlic, fry for 3 minutes. After then add fish fry for 5 minutes. Now add coriander leaves. 

Keep in a bowl and wait until it’s cool. Then mix with your hand very well. Voila 🥰❤️❤️🥰❤️

🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶

You can eat this with steam rice, chapati, broken rice, khichuri. This is a perfect dish for morning breakfast or lunch.
