Fish patti

I love fish patti a lot. It is light and tasty. Perfect for lunch or afternoon snack. 

Let’s check out the recipe: 

Ingredients: 

Fish fillet (any fish) 

Spinach 1  and 1/2 cups 

Salt 

Coriander leaves 

Parsley leaves

Garlic and ginger paste 1 tsp 

Green chili 1 

Chili powder 1 tsp

Coriander leaves

Onion 1 chopped 

Olive oil 

Coriander powder 1tsp 

Firstly fry fish fillets with salt and pepper. If you want you can use can fish. Then sautée spinach. Let it all cool. Then in a bowl mix onion, ginger garlic along with all spices. Then add fish, salt and spinach. After then add egg. Mix well and then make patties. Then in a fry pan non stick one use 2 or 3 tbsp oil and heat it. Fry patti each side for 3 minutes. If you need more then fry few minutes more. 

Enjoy your tasty fish patti with bread, roti, steam rice or salad.
