French beans & Asparagus soup or jhol

One of my most favorite soup curry. It is popular by all bengali home. I can still remember when I was child mom used to cook this with data, or pui shak or Basella leaves/ spinach aka palong soup or jhol, I became so happy when came from school. Mom served this soup curry with steam plain rice. Full of joy in your plate. I can assure all bengali love this jhol or soupy vegetable curry. Mom used to cook this with Hilsa fish/ sing fish/ soul/ taki/ tengra or koi fish. It is very simple to cook and take just only 12 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
Asparagus 3 bunches
300 gram French bean
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
Olive oil
Salt as per taste
1 Onion
Garlic 3 cloves
1/4 tsp ginger paste
Cooking method:
In a deep pan hot oil, then fry onion and ginger garlic paste. Then mix all spices with some water and cook for 3 minutes. Then add prawn and cook for 2 minutes and add vegetables, cook for 3 minutes in high heat. Now add 3 cups water and cover the lid, cook for 5 minutes . If you need more time then simmer it for while. At the end add coriander leaves.
