Ginger pickle healthy one

This ginger pickle is very healthy and good food for heartburn . People who are suffering for that can eat ginger for their regular food intake. It works magically. I try to eat ginger everyday . 

I made this ginger pickle influenced by Japanese one. 💛💛🧡🧡

This recipe is very simple and easy to make. Cooking time only 5 minutes and preparation 5 minutes. 

Ingredients: 

Ginger 250 gram

Salt 

Sugar 

Rice vinegar or sushi vinegar 

Water 

Red chili for decoration (optional)

Cooking method: 

Firstly slices ginger. Then in a hot water boil the ginger for 2/3 minutes. Then drained the water. After then heat a pan in stove with 1/4 quarter cup of water, vinegar 4 to 5 tbsp, sugar for cutting the saltiness. If required add some salt. Let it cool for 20 minutes and then in a airtight jar keep the ginger and also the syrup which you made and close the lid. You can keep it to refrigerator and it will be last for 2 to 3 months.
