The connection between nature and mind ๐๐๐ฟโฅ๏ธ๐๐ You know when I was a child played with my sisters and brother in front of our garden. It feels really nice. I think every girl and boy has their favourite childhood memories. I love green leafy area which is surrounded by woods and plants. I feel it has a very ancient vibe of spiritual healing. You know when you are sad or joyous, you have to put some limitation in front of other people, especially in the adult phase. That time we can go and close to nature and feel the connection between my mind and surroundings. Especially when you go to a new place which is totally opposite to your kind of living that time you will feel lost, but the best way to motivate yourself to boost your mind and energy, you can go-to a quite nice green area, Park would be ideal. If you are alone and you live in a place where you are new, new environment, new home, new roads, new bus numbers, new locality, new groceries, new pedestrians, new local people you will feel that you are lost! Actually, it is the very normal phase of human life. Our brain and memory used to a regular thing, if something comes up now it takes time to habituate. Beck her full name is Rebecca, in office we called her Back in short, this is very common rules in Aussie culture to call you in short name, they don't even ask you if your relationship is very good enough with your friends and colleagues! So she came from Cairns which is a very hot city. The temperature is it is unimaginable. I came from South Asia. This Cairns is quite hotter than my country. There is no winter season. Think about that now how hot will be in Summer there. I got one teacher from UTS he came from Cairns, he recommended us to visit in Cairns. So Beck lives in Sydney through the area she lives there is no ice or snow in Winter but she feels very cold in this Spring. Over the time she gets used to with this culture. You know she always told us Sydney is quiet and lonely for her. But she also told here nightlife is busy. She just has some friends but no relatives. They meet every weekend for dinner catchup, they gossips, laughs and share a lot of stories about their everyday life. That group also love to travel, especially in the hilly area, beaches and all of the wonderful Places which hold natureโs secret. They told after a very busy week they feel very energetic and refreshed after visiting these places. Nature is a treasure where you can get the healing power of lots of diseases. But I reckon people who used to city life they canโt suddenly like quite a place. Because they are used to with lights, party, friends and commercial ambience. So it takes a bit time to cope up with quite an environment where you can hear the green leaves are dancing, the cuckoo is singing, water is making a murmuring sound, these all will help you in your melancholy mind. You know in full moon night the moon looks like a white bread or roti. When this moon comes closer to the earth you will feel wonderful. Beck new apartment is surrounded by natural beauty, trees, plants and cuckoos and other birds. This is so beautiful. But in her suburb, there is no close supermarket like woollies, Coles, chemists which is a bit problem for her. But she is a good manageable girl, so try to do her groceries and other stuff in the Sunday. Sometimes she called her friends so they can chat the whole day and go out together and itโs obvious that you canโt live alone on this earth. Another system is she needs to walk 15 minutes to catch her morning train. If she has to go another direction sometimes she has to catch the bus and then catch the train. Sometimes she needs to wait for 40 minutes for bus or train in the middle of her journey. When she was in Cairns she is not quite used to! But nowadays she is coping with a new life! One day there was an interesting incident happened! She went to Canterbury for shopping and when she was returning she was waiting for the bus and the bus would come 12 minutes later. So she ran to the train station and she had a heavy bag. After the train journey, she was waiting for the bus and it was 40 minutes remaining to come. She was waiting and took the bus from there, in the middle of the road she asked the driver about her destination Cabramatta, then the bus driver told that the bus number is same but she needs to catch it opposite to the road. Then she left the bus and was waiting in 40 minutes temperature with her two huge heavy 30 kilo bags. She was waiting for the bus and was thinking I will be a dried anchovy fish today! Oh, Beckโs great great grandfather come from Europe. She loves anchovy fish. Then she finally boarded the bus and the bus driver confirmed that it will go to her destination after 10 stops! Such a pity! She is thinking โwish I wouldnโt catch the trainโ! But she realizes at night that these long journeys make her strong, these waiting time for a bus is also good for her productive time. She gets some time only by herself which is really good for a creative mind. Nature is very powerful. It will give you lots of energy and strength. You can also meditate in the fresh air. Fresh air is good for our Oxygen. Like Beck, we also need to learn how to get used to with nature, how to love natural environment for our inner peace
